EPS continuous pre-expander machine is a kind of equipment which continuously sends EPS raw materials into the pre-expander machine and continuously sends the beads to a certain density from the pre-expander.
The EPS raw material can be expanded by first time expansion and second time expansion. The steam and Chamber’s temperature can be controlled by adjusting the steam valve to reach the control requirements of pre-expand density of EPS beads. Overall structure of the machine is steel frame structure. The operation buttons and valve buttons are integrated in one operation box and fixed on the machine for easy operation. The inner cylinder, outer cylinder and key parts of the machine are made from stainless steel, avoiding the pollution of beads caused by corrosion. Ensure the high quality of products. This machine has high performance in saving energy, improving work efficiency and ensuring product quality. First and second feeding quantity is controlled by its own feeding valve. The feeding device has the advantages of stable operation, low noise, drive output torque big and other advantages and is also convenient for use and maintenance.
