JC series EPE foam pipe production line can automatically regulate its pipe diameter, and with the following characters : auto-feeding, automatic net-changing, no material alarm, moulding and digital display, internal and external cooling control, solid sparkless warming technique to the mainframe. Frequency conversion control has been applied to the motor of the mainframe, and this application can save 20-30% electricity than average machine.
JC series EPE foam pipe/rod/profile production line mainly make products for electrical insulation, thermal insulation, bed mattress, sofa terrier edge, car upholstery, sofa backrest and top-brand clothing stereotypes, filling and decoration, it’s the ideal material to replace the rubber foam products. The machine model can be design according to customer’s demand.
