Descriptions Of ZXQ-C1200 :
ZXQ-C1200 is an advanced specialized non-woven cross cutting equipment, has the function of auto bonding the handle loop while slicing (speed up to 70 pcs/min). Mainly used in the producing of manual non-woven sealing bags, wine, gift bags etc. which not only largely improved the production efficiency but reduce the labor intensity and cost.
ZXQ-C1200 adopts computer control system, stepping motor cutting control system, photoelectric tracking, auto rectifying deviation, no material alarming, main motor frequency conversion speed control, tension control and ultrasonic welding etc. After the mouth folding, welding the double handle loop on the material by two side handle bonding machine and then cutting. Equipped with quality cutting knife, wear-resistant, durable, product cutting is tidy and beautiful. Besides, only need one man can easily operate this machine, conveniently and quick installation. Speed up to 70 pcs/min.
